Information we collect
When you contact Stitch Bros, request a quote or place an order, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, organization, order details, sizes, requested dates, delivery information, artwork, logos, names for personalization, proof feedback and payment or transaction status.
Do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your order.
How information is used
We use information to respond to questions, prepare quotes and proofs, obtain materials, produce and deliver orders, provide customer support, maintain business and tax records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Website forms, email and request bag
The quote and appliqué forms prepare an email for you to review and send. Selecting a file does not automatically upload it to Stitch Bros; you must attach it in your email before sending.
The appliqué request bag may use your browser’s local storage so your selected product details remain on that device. Contact information entered in the request bag is not intentionally stored by the website. You can clear the bag with the provided button or by clearing browser site data.
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information. Basic hosting, security and operational logs may be processed by the website hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
When information is shared
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support the order, such as email, hosting, payment processing, shipping, bookkeeping or production suppliers, and when required by law. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
If online payment is offered, payment card details are handled by the secure payment provider rather than stored directly by this website.
Retention and your choices
Quote and order records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, production references, accounting, tax, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Retention time can vary with the type of record.
You may ask to review, correct or delete information you previously provided. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, legal obligations or legitimate business records. You may also ask us to stop nonessential marketing messages.
Children’s information
This site is intended for adults arranging purchases. A parent, guardian, school or authorized organization should submit information needed for youth orders.

This notice may be updated when website tools or business practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of the page.
