Quotes and availability
A form, email, message or request bag starts a quote request; it does not place an order. A quote becomes eligible for production only after Stitch Bros confirms the garment, decoration, quantity, artwork needs, price, tax or delivery charges, payment requirements and timing.
Garment, size, color and material availability can change. Screen colors and sample photos are approximate. If an approved choice becomes unavailable before materials are secured, Stitch Bros will offer a substitute, revised timeline or refund of any affected amount.
Proof approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, size and layout on the final proof. Production begins only after the required approval is received. Changes requested after approval may require a revised price and timeline.
Payment, production and timing
The quote will state whether a deposit or full payment is required. Production does not begin until required payment, proof approval and needed materials are complete. Made-to-order work may take up to two weeks after those requirements are satisfied, but the agreed written timeline for the individual order controls.
If a delay affects an agreed shipping or completion date, Stitch Bros will contact the customer with available options, including consent to a revised date or an appropriate refund when the order cannot be completed as agreed.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Stitch Bros as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Before proof approval and material ordering, changes are usually easiest. After artwork work, materials, proof approval or production has begun, completed or committed costs may be nonrefundable. Stitch Bros will explain any affected amount before continuing.
Personalized items, errors and defects
Because customized goods are made to the approved specifications, they are not generally returnable for a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided spelling or approved design choices. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Report a suspected Stitch Bros production error or defect within seven days of receipt. Include the order information and clear photos. If the finished item materially differs from the approved proof or has a verified production defect, Stitch Bros will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Customer artwork and supplied garments
By submitting artwork, names, logos, mascots or other content, the customer represents that they have permission to use it for the requested order. Stitch Bros may decline content or request proof of authorization.
Customer-supplied garments must be accepted in writing before decoration. Compatibility, replacement value and the remedy for a decoration failure will be discussed before work begins. Do not leave garments until acceptance is confirmed.
Pickup, shipping and care
Pickup or shipping method, charges and timing are confirmed in the quote. Customers should inspect orders promptly. Shipment tracking, when available, will be provided after dispatch. Care instructions depend on the garment and decoration and will be supplied or confirmed with the order.
