Before you send the request.
How long does a custom order take?
Made-to-order work may take up to two weeks after the quote, proof, materials and required payment are complete. Your written quote will confirm the timing for your specific order.
Does submitting a form place an order?
No. It starts a quote request. Production begins only after the order details, proof, total, timing and payment requirements are confirmed.
Can I order only one item?
Many personalized items can start at one piece. Some garments, decorations or supplier options may have minimums, which will be disclosed before quoting.
Can you help if I do not have finished artwork?
Yes. Send the best reference you have. Design cleanup, digitizing or original artwork may carry an additional fee that will be approved first.
Can I bring my own garment?
Ask before dropping it off. Customer-supplied garments must be reviewed for decoration compatibility, and acceptance or replacement terms will be stated in writing.
Do you offer pickup and shipping?
Weslaco-area pickup and shipping may be available. The method, cost and timing will be included in your quote.
Can I make changes after approving the proof?
Contact us immediately. Changes after proof approval or material ordering may cause added cost, delay or nonrefundable work already completed.
What if Stitch Bros makes an error?
Report a confirmed production error or defect within seven days of receiving the order, with a clear photo. We will review it and provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
